This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) outlines the terms and conditions for speakers participating in the Legasii Speaker Website. This collaborative platform will feature 15-20 speakers delivering training sessions to a broad audience.
Speakers must deliver a live Zoom training session (masterclass) of either 60 or 90 minutes and select an exclusive time slot on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, speakers are expected to promote their session by sending three emails to their mailing list before the first class date occurs. For example, if the first class is on Nov 9th, emails should be sent out by Nov 1st. Speakers must have at least 10,000 email subscribers to participate.
Speakers will gain cross-marketing exposure and benefit from collective promotion efforts. As all speakers promote their classes, the combined effort will help fill up class slots more quickly.
Yes, speakers are encouraged to sell products, direct attendees, or promote upcoming live events during their sessions.
Speakers will receive all leads generated from their class after it has occurred. For commissions, speakers will make an offer during the class and share revenues with Legasii through the upsell process. The first sale will be shared on a 50/50 basis between the speaker and Legasii. For subsequent upsell products, the commission will follow standard affiliate commission rates outlined by Legasii.
Speakers are expected to collaborate with other speakers, adhere to the schedule, and fulfill promotional commitments. They should also review the recommended tips provided by Legasii to optimize their session. Speakers will be listed on the website chronologically based on their registration and prompt submission of required information. Those who adhere to the MOU rules will be invited back to speak and benefit from collaboration with 19 other new speakers.
Yes, speakers can recommend other Speakers to the platform and receive 10% of commissions from sales made through these referrals.
All sessions for the first event will be live. If successful, replays may be granted upon request during an unused time slot. This policy is in place to maintain high live attendance rates.
Speakers will receive an email from SignNow requesting their electronic signature to consent to the terms and conditions outlined in the MOU.
